The MICHELIN Guide has announced its 2027 selection for Manila and Environs & Cebu, recognizing a total of 127 establishments across the country. The list brings together restaurants serving everything from contemporary Filipino cuisine and regional specialties to international dishes and creative dining experiences.

Aside from the restaurant recognitions, several chefs and hospitality professionals also received special awards for their contributions to the dining scene.

If you’re curious about which establishments made this year’s selection, we’ve rounded them up below.
