A new matcha spot from South Korea is coming!
The first-ever Super Matcha store is opening soon in the Philippines, bringing Korea’s cult-favorite matcha brand to the country. Expect bold flavors, premium blends, and a whole new level of green goodness.
Founded in 2017, South Korea’s Super Matcha is a tea brand that has grown to eight branches in Korea, opening international branches in both Malaysia and Thailand. The newest addition to the list is their third Southeast Asia branch in Ortigas, with the brand’s soon-to-rise pop-up in the eye-catching jade green color.
Super Matcha is known for sourcing local ingredients true to South Korea, with green tea leaves being harvested from Jeju, a volcanic island that shares great conditions for green tea growth. Crowd favorite drinks include like the Super Matcha Iced Latte, Super Matcha Hot Latte, Super Matcha Espresso, Matcha Soft Cup, and Super Matcha Lemonade. Watch out as well for matcha powder for those interested in getting their matcha runs in a convenient way.
