The holidays just got more festive with Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill’s first-ever Festive Menu in the Philippines.
With several appetizers, mains, drinks, and special desserts, the restaurant aims to offer a holiday meal to remember featuring the very best of British cuisine.
For starters, the restaurant offers a kale & quinoa salad, plated like a Christmas wreath with edible flavors of carrots, beetroot, pomegranate, and other components. This is followed by a warm soup to keep you warm this season—a roasted carrot soup, spiced with fermented chili and balanced with creme fraiche and sesame.
The main course showcases British Christmas classics including a roasted turkey—a traditional dish which dates back to the 16th century, as King Henry VIII was the first English monarch to serve the turkey as a highlight dish for a Christmas feast. Second on the list is Gordon Ramsey’s signature beef wellington, made with MB7 Wagyu beef fillet coated in a mushroom and truffle duxelles.
The cherry on top is a British staple dessert—the Christmas Pudding, filled with raisins and currants, and drenched with rich butter sauce. The restaurant also offers festive drinks, including homemade mulled wine, citrus and spice-infused Malbec, a Baileys gingerbread espresso affogato martini, a Christmas Baumbletini, and the New Year’s Midnight Glitter.
The Festive Menu will be served until January 4, 2026 at the Manila branch of Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill at Newport World Resorts in Pasay City. Stay tuned to the restaurant’s Facebook page to learn more about the holiday menu.
