What’s a better way to spend your week than finding a variety of local finds all in one place?
The Negros Trade Fair is back to bring 178 local vendors and brands together in one space to represent the Negros Island Region. With the theme BÚTLAK─a Hiligaynon word meaning “first light,” “the rising of the sun,” or “a bloom”─the fair marks its 40th year by showcasing the growing presence of Negros and its people, products, and culture to the city. It also reflects the never ending hard work of the Negros community as they continue to grow and bloom forward despite the challenges they may encounter. This trade fair is organized by the Association of Negros Producers (ANP) as part of its efforts to empower and support local products and businesses.
Expect different kinds of local Negros products such as food, drinks, clothes, accessories, bags, furnitures, home decors, organic skincare and health products, and many more. From delicacies and homegrown coffee to handcrafted pieces and fashion, many can discover the creativity and craftsmanship of Negros Island in the fair. Whether you’re looking for something to bring home or try out a new local flavor, this trade fair is a chance for you to shop and support local artisans.
Don’t forget to check out their official Facebook and Instagram pages for more information and for the full lineup of vendors, so if you’re waiting for a specific shop to join the fair, go check them out!
