Get your chef hats on! Team Philippines is reaching for new heights with the upcoming Asian Pastry Cup 2026!
The Philippine Pastry Team is selling their artisan-level macarons and truffles to support their journey to the international stage. Led by the Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie – Team Philippines National Organizing Committee, the team aims to participate in the regional competitions as a qualifier round for the prestigious pastry competition, Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie.
The Philippine team is composed of head coach Chef Vergel Iral, chocolate candidate Chef Janelle Toh, and sugar candidate Chef Gian Aguirre, all of whom were carefully selected to form a strong team to fight head-on in the international competition. Through their fundraising efforts, the team is showcasing their approach to modern pastry trends heading to the international stage.

The menu items for the fundraising includes an exclusive set of 16 pieces of truffles (4 pcs per flavor) at Php 1,500, with flavors like Mango Cashew, Coconut Passion, Smoked Chocolate Peanut, and Barako Coffee.
The upcoming Asian Pastry Cup 2026 will be held on April 22 to 23 at Singapore Expo in Singapore.
