UNICEF Philippines partners with Ang Ilustrador ng Kabataan (Ang INK) to turn everyday gift-giving trinkets into direct support for children in need.
With the launch of the Hiraya Collection, a new line of all-occasion cards and merchandise has been created. Headlining the collection are the UNICEF Cards for Every Occasion, a limited-edition set of 12 illustrated cards priced at PHP 1,000.
Each card features original artwork by Filipino artists from Ang INK, the country’s leading collective of children’s illustrators, which also features their inner child memories that bring color to the collection.
The initiative is derived from the word “hiraya,” a Filipino word that means hope or aspiration, and reflects the heart of the collection. The designs celebrate childhood moments that every child deserves to experience while supporting UNICEF’s life-changing programs for vulnerable children.

According to UNICEF Philippines Chief of Private Sector Fundraising Carmen Gonzalez Ortiz in a statement, “The Hiraya Collection is a perfect example of how art and advocacy can come together to tell stories of children all year round and promote life-changing programs that will bring them a step closer to a brighter future,” sharing their new creative way to support children that UNICEF helps throughout the years.
Proceeds from every purchase support UNICEF programs in education, health and nutrition, immunization, child protection, climate resilience, and emergency response.
The Hiraya Collection, along with other UNICEF merchandise, is available exclusively through the UNICEF Giving Shop.
