The Repertory Theater for Young Audiences (RTYA) is set to cap off its 4-month magical run of Alice in Wonderland this December.
Adapted from Lewis Caroll’s classic novel, the beloved musical adaptation found itself capturing the hearts of both children and adults alike. The story follows Alice (Justine Narciso) as she tumbles into a surreal world where creatures challenge her ideas of growing up, with iconic characters like the grinning Cheshire Cat, the agitated White Rabbit, and the devious Queen of Hearts are all brought to life on stage by veteran actors Sebastian Katigbak, Steven Hotchkiss, and Pinky Marquez, respectively.
Aside from its talented cast, the production gained acclaim with its fantastical costumes by Hershee Tantiado and Phillip Domingo, and a quirky and colorful staging by Lawyn Cruz, with direction by Joy Virata and Cara Barredo.
